DevOps
I like systems that deploy themselves and tell you when they are unhappy. Infrastructure as code, boring releases, and environments you can rebuild from scratch.
- AWS in production since 2017: EKS, ECS, EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, ElastiCache, API Gateway, CDK and the Serverless Framework.
- Kubernetes at broadcast scale: an EKS cluster that bridges live captioning services and carries the maximum number of concurrent broadcast sessions.
- Infrastructure as code with Terraform, Docker and AWS CDK, including a client's AWS foundation built over two years and Terraform-managed infrastructure for Big Game's newest product.
- CI/CD owner at a headless CMS company and an AI analytics platform, speeding up how analytics features reach users.
- Release engineering at Big Game: tag-driven production deploys on Vercel, separate dev and prod environments, and auto-updating desktop apps shipped through GitHub Actions.
- Multi-tenant platform with a control plane that provisions tenants, with a database per tenant for isolation.
